When will I receive my items after I place an order
We normally ship your orders within the day. However if your order is customized, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from our suppliers.
What is the cost of delivery of my order?
We offer Shipping in Sri Lanka and we ship to over 200 countries all over the world. All International shipping locations Charges are based on shipping destination and weight of product purchased at 1kg slabs.
How do I check my order status?

Enter your log in details.
Click on the My Account link on the top of the home page.
The My Account page will detail the current /previous status of your orders.
What do I do if I receive items that do not match my order?
Please Contact Us and we will rectify the error with as little to you inconvenience as possible. You are eligible to 48 hours in which to Contact Us should you receive an incorrect order.
How do I cancel my order?
If you haven’t yet paid for your order, on the Shopping Cart Page, you have the option to remove item/s you no longer wish to buy.
If you haven’t yet paid for your order, on the Checkout Page, you will have the option to cancel your order.
If you have already made payment, our Returns and Exchanges Policy will apply.
What do I do if I find my items are damaged
