How Do I Shop Online With Salwar.lk?

From our both Home and Shop Page you can browse our exclusive  collections, select your favorite and get connected to us by clicking Order Via WhatsApp to know more  details about that specific product if necessary or you can directly get connected to us via WhatsApp by clicking on the symbol in the website and place your orders.

When will I receive my items after I place an order

It depends on the location. Within Colombo and suburb we do same day delivery. Out station it takes 2 to 3 days. However if your order is customized, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from our suppliers.

What is the cost of delivery of my order?

We offer Shipping in Sri Lanka and we ship to over 200 countries all over the world. All International shipping locations Charges are based on shipping destination and weight of product purchased at 1kg slabs.

How do I track my order?

Tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped from our end with respective link.

What do I do if I receive items that do not match my order?

Please Contact Us and we will rectify the error with as little inconvenience to you as possible. You are eligible for 48 hours in which to Contact Us if you receive an incorrect order.

How do I cancel my order?

If you haven’t yet paid for your order, on the Shopping Cart Page, you have the option to remove item/s you no longer wish to buy.

If you haven’t yet paid for your order, on the Checkout Page, you will have the option to cancel your order.

If you have already made payment, our Returns and Exchanges Policy will apply.

What do I do if I find my items are damaged

Please check if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, and refuse to take delivery of the package, if you believe that the product is not in good condition, or and call our Customer Care +94776995848 or send an email to [email protected]
